Google Maps

Lynn found out a new thing on the Google maps. Last summer we were working outside doing yard work and we saw a car drive by with a lot of different things like cameras and we wondered what is was. Well, last week Lynn was playing around on Google maps and found out a new thing about it. Here is the link, http://maps.google.com/maps?hl=en&tab=wl

this feature is mostly in Utah County and it is called, "STREET VIEW" click street view and you can see streets outlined in blue, and double click! Those are the streets that you can see this. Well what is it? It is a way to see exactly where something is. Lynn used it to show a guy exactly where to put a load of dirt. It was very useful. If you drag the camera just right you can see the car that we saw last summer that provided this image. You can even go full screen and see the picture better. If you move the mouse you can see all around the area you are looking at. Try it out!

After 2 1/2 weeks we finally got our countertops on Saturday! It is so nice to have our kitchen back. Yesterday We put in the microwave an finished mounting the last of the cupboards.
