Dirty Dash

This summer Heidi and her cousin Michelle, registered for the Dirty Dash 5k in Soldier Hollow. Now what is the Dirty Dash? It is a mud run obstacle course where you jump over hay bails, crawl through tunnels filled with mud, jump over walls, run up and down many hills.
